Can I host an event at your facility?

Yes, as a member you can request to have an event held at the CoLab.

Do you have a cafe?

Our Cafe is now open. We offer snacks, cold drinks, hot coffee and Mitra!

Can I get into the facility after hours?

We are working on the facility being accessible 24/7

Who is the CoLab for?

The Colab is a coworking space specifically designed for real estate and blockchain entrepreneurs. This recently renovated building provides a cohesive work environment for Tampa Bay’s novice and experienced real estate and blockchain entrepreneurs.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! We are all for collaborative work.

The Real Freedom CoLab has its own private parking lot. Parking is free to members and easily accessible.

How can I get access to a private meeting room?

Once you become a member you will have access to an app to reserve private rooms.

Do you have private offices?

Yes! Contact us for more information on reserving a private office.

Can I reserve a dedicated desk?

You can reserve a desk or office space for a set amount of time. We do not have private desks.

Do you have lockers?

Lockers are coming soon!
